Elaneer Sharbat is a summer drink widely available in Tamil Nadu. It’s an ideal mocktail for the summer. This drink hardly takes time, if you have the coconut handy.
Ingredients
- Coconut Water (1 cup)
- Tender Coconute (1/2 cup)
- Milk (3 tsp)
- Sugar (2 tsp)
Method
- In a bowl, add coconut water, tender coconut, milk, sugar and crushed ice.
- Mix all the ingredients. Now, transfer all the ingredients into a blender and blend it for less than 1 minute.
- Transfer to a tall glass and serve chilled.
